I had complained 3 times about my mothers medical state within a 3 day span, I was told she will be fine although her throat was full of mucus and I had noticed rapid decline in her mental and physical state. After waiting more than 13 hours for the results of a chest x-ray she had double pneumonia which we were not notified about, until she was sent to the hospital which we had to find out for ourselves. On top of that after being requested twice by my father and I that she has lymphedema in her left arm, she had an IV put in that arm. There is not Propper care to watch someone in critical care at this nursing home, and I acknowledge others to refrain from putting their loved ones here. I would have wanted to know that they took in Covid positive patients and didn’t have proper infection control causing my Dad and many other residents to contract Covid and die. I would have wanted to know that they would lose ALL my Dad’s belongings, so we had nothing left of his.
